Children's Privacy

NSDJCC runs programs for children aged 5–17. We take the privacy of children seriously.

• Player registration (which involves collecting children's personal information) is handled by parents or guardians through PlayHQ.
• Photos and images of players used on this website are published with appropriate consent from parents or guardians.

Data Retention

We retain information as follows:

• Google Analytics data — retained for 14 months, as configured in Google Analytics.
• Contact form submissions — retained in Netlify until manually deleted by club administrators. We aim to delete submissions once an enquiry has been resolved.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
